My Thoughts of HEAVEN and spending eternity with God
Shirley asked, “Can I garden in heaven?”

The Lord is my shepherd, I will not be in need. NASB (I lack nothing. NIV). Psalm 23:1
So, God created man in His image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them Gen.1:27
He guides me on the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Ps.23:3
I am going there to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I am coming again and will take you to Myself, so that where I am, there you also will be. John 14:2b-3
For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, Rom.6:5
Augustine: Thou hast made us for thyself O Lord, and our heart is restless until it finds its rest in Thee.
Blaise Pascal: There is a God-shaped vacuum in the heart of each man which cannot be satisfied by any created thing but only by God the Creator made known through Jesus Christ.

Rev.21:7 will inherit these things, and I will be their God, he will be my son
Paul:
For our moment, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, 2Cor.4:17
In the future there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me but also to all who have loved His appearance. 2 Tim.4:8

Certainly, goodness and faithfulness will follow me all the days of my life. And my dwelling will be in the house of the Lord forever. Ps.23:6
