And now, the end is near so I face the final curtain friends, I'll say it clearly state my case, of which I'm certain I've lived a full life travelled many and varied by way but more, now more than this I do it His way missteps, I've had a few and then in truth, too much to mention recently is what I had to do,

Contrition brings no condemnation. I pursued His chartered course:

For God's Word is wisdom's pathway. And more, much more than this I did it His way, there were times, I'm sure you knew I once was lost without a clue but through it all - there was no doubt from death He took and brought me out by His grace I surrendered all And did it His way I've loved, I've laughed and cried I've had my fill my share of grieving now, as tears subside I hear His voice, "I'm never leaving".To think He said all that furthermore "I am the One Way, Resurrection, Truth and Life." I did it His way for what is a man, what has he got without eternal life he has nought to say the things he humbly feels. Praying "Our Father" as he kneels record shows Jesus took my blows and I chose (not my will but) God's way, it was God's way!
