"Comforting"

This morning, I learned from my friend's husbands that she passed away. I thought of this poem! I thought of sharing, perhaps others could be experiencing the same situations.
Sympathy is your hurt within my heart; O Friend, may I come in and take your hand. And say a healing word and have a part. Is this your grief? How well I understand! For I have gone the whole long, weary way; I know how steep the slopes, how rough the road; But also, Friend, I know there comes a day when God’s own Hand will lift your heavy load. Take heart! Tomorrow, the hills will shine with light, and happiness again will flow against your heart. Have faith and know that after this night, release, peace, and needed rest will come. Trust now, and God, whose Word is ever true, is sure to reach a hand to comfort you.
