God's many blessings!

Psalm 66:18-19-20

If I had cherished sin in my heart, the LORD would not have listened. 19. But God has surely listened and heard my voice in prayer. 20. Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld His love from me.

Our confession of sin must be continual because we continue to do wrong. True confession requires us to listen to God and to want to stop doing wrong. David confessed his sin and prayed, “Cleanse me from my hidden faults.  Keep your servant from deliberate sins” (19:12, 23). When we refuse to repent or harbour and cherish certain sins, we place a wall between ourselves and God. We may not be able to remember every sin we have ever committed, but our attitude should be one of confession and obedience.
