Words of comfort!

Isaiah 40:31

But those who trust in the LORD will find renewed strength. They will soar on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

Trusting in the Lord means patiently believing that God will fulfill His promises in His Word and empower us to overcome life’s challenges. Do you believe that God loves you and desires the best for you? Can you rest assured, knowing His promises are true? Are you confident that He has the power to control everything in life—and your life too? Even if your faith feels weak or struggles, trust in His provisions and care for you.

If you study history, you'll find that the Christians who contributed most to the present world were exactly those who thought most about the next. It is only since Christians have mostly stopped thinking of the other world that they have become so ineffective in this one. C. S. Lewis
